At House of Armor, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and transparent manner.


1. SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes within India via third-party logistics partners.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.


2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Made-to-order or pre-order items: These may take 7–21 business days or as mentioned on the product page.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: Processing times are separate from delivery times.


3. DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Metro cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Non-metro cities & remote areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delays may occur during sale periods, festivals, weather disruptions, courier issues, or due to incorrect addresses.


4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is confirmed and shipped:

  • You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your order using the tracking ID on our Track Your Order page.

If you do not receive tracking info within the expected timeframe, please contact us at houseofarmor@gmail.com


6. DELIVERY PARTNERS

We work with reputed courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, XpressBees) to ensure timely and reliable deliveries. However, we are not liable for delays caused by courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues.


7. ADDRESS ACCURACY & FAILED DELIVERIES

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not liable for non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Recipient not available at the address

  • Refused delivery

If a shipment is returned to us due to such reasons, we will re-ship it after confirming updated details. Additional shipping charges may apply.


8. UNDELIVERED / LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order is marked "Delivered" but not received, contact us within 48 hours of the status update. We will initiate an investigation with the courier.

Resolution timelines:

  • Investigation by courier: 7–10 working days

  • If the courier confirms a failed delivery or loss: We will reship the item or issue store credit/refund as per availability.


9. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED SHIPMENTS

Please do not accept a parcel if:

  • It appears open or tampered with

  • The package is damaged or wet

Take photos or videos and inform us immediately at houseofarmor@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
We will assist you with a replacement or appropriate resolution after verification.


10. PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

If your order includes pre-order or custom items, please note:

  • Dispatch time may extend beyond regular timelines (7–21 business days or as listed).

  • These are not eligible for cancellation once placed.

  • If your order includes both ready and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be dispatched once all items are ready.


11. DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

House of Joon will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

  • Transportation strikes or courier disruptions
